Christmas is nearly upon us and all is white at Laydilay.It is absolutely beautiful, if not fully appreciated by the chickens!! We would like to say a really big thank you to all our customers - with you we go from strength to strength and are very grateful that you like our eggs, meringues and mayonnaise. Next year we would like to sell sunflower oil and different flavours of mayonnaise - we have trialled the various flavours at our markets and festivals and find that garlic is the outstanding winner with chilli not far behind We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous 2011 Thanks from Mandy, Andy, Jack and Katie (22nd Dec 2010)
